The BBC Sheffield Kids’ Scanner Appeal wanted to raise half a million pounds over 2009/2010 to buy a new state-of-the-art CT scanner for The Children’s Hospital. The hospital’s previous scanner was over seven years old and used more than 1600 times a year. It was in need of replacement.
On the 14th & 15th of November 2009 Our Cow Molly held a fundraising weekend for the Kids’ Scanner Appeal. We managed to raise £1700. Thank you to everyone who came up and donated.
